Items falling under specific categories cannot be returned. These include perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items (like individually uploaded images and gang sheets that are ready-to-print files). Additionally, returns cannot be accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your particular item, please reach out to us.
Regrettably, we cannot process returns for sale items or gift cards.

Considering the nature of our business and the majority of products sold, custom-made items are typically non-refundable, unless the fault lies with us. In such cases, we will make it right for you as our valued customers.
