Order Processing & Turnaround Time

We pride ourselves on our lightning-fast production:

• Same-Day Printing: We offer same-day printing for all DTF transfer orders submitted by 2:00 PM Central Time.
• If your order is placed before the 2:00 PM cutoff, it will be printed and ready for pickup or shipping on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed and ready the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure you get your products affordably:

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all DTF transfer and UV DTF transfer orders over $99.
• Standard Shipping: Orders under $99 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
• DTF Consumables Exception: Please note that free shipping applies exclusively to DTF and UV DTF transfer products. DTF consumables (such as ink, powder, and film rolls) do not qualify for free shipping due to their weight. These items will ship separately with calculated shipping rates.

Local Pickup

Are you in the Houston area? Save on shipping and get your transfers even faster!

• Same-Day Local Pickup is available at our Houston facility.
• Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
• We will send you an email notification with our address and pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready (usually within hours of ordering if placed before 2 PM).

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All transfers are carefully packaged between protective sheets to prevent any damage during transit. We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best option depending on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

Currently, Houston DTF Transfers ships within the United States only. We are actively working on international shipping options. If you are an international customer, we recommend utilizing a US-based freight forwarding service.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and transfers. We will promptly reprint and ship replacements at no additional charge to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
